I'm clean, neat and organized. A student hoping to cut costs by finding a roommates that I like. I don't mind the party scene, but I appreciate it being respectable and tidy. I've had terrible luck with roommates- needing to supply a vacuum and plunger and having to clean ovens and countertops just to keep areas habitable.

Let's just be relaxed and have fun. I'm not looking for someone who's super serious but I'm looking for someone who at least respects their property, even if it is rented, enough to not let it go to shit just so they can get hungover.
