I'm looking for someone to take over my half of the apartment in a beautifully renovated 2 bed/1 bath apartment in South Harlem/Morningside Heights. This place is perfect for Columbia students!

Flexible August move (just looking for the right person), $1,475 per month (heat, hot water, and gas included), no fee! You would additionally split 50% of electricity and WiFi. The lease would end May 31st, 2019.

There's a dishwasher AND washer/dryer in unit! There is also a large walk-in storage closet at the front of the apartment.

It's on W 121st, just a few blocks away from ABCD trains at 125th and few more to the 1/2/3.

Your room would be queen sized (8x11, roughly) with a decent sized closet with built in storage. The room is a corner room with three windows (and a view of the Empire State building!). The room also has a decent sized closet with two hanging racks and a floor-to-ceiling shelf/dresser thingy.

The apartment will come essentially unfurnished. However, I'm happy to negotiate selling the following items at a pretty low cost: six-drawer dresser, loveseat, large bookshelf, TV unit, potentially AC units.

Your roommate would be a late 20s male that is a grad student at Columbia University. He's very respectful, quiet, and hardly home!

I've lived in this apartment for over two years and have loved the place itself as well as the surrounding area (just moving out to an apartment of my own). There are tons of great restaurants, bars, parks, shopping, banks, Starbucks, transportation, Citi Bikes, and other things nearby. Really an uptown gem of an area!
