Maste Bedroom for Rent in New Scarborough Condo

I’m a mid-twenties female looking for a roommate, starting August 1st.

The condo is located just off Highway 401 and a quick walk to the park and bus stop. It’s around 800 sq. ft, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have a full kitchen, washer/dryer stack, and sizeable living space. The common areas are furnished with stainless steel appliances, TV, sofa, coffee table and dining table with chairs.

The room is big enough to fit up to a king-sized bed with space for additional furniture. The master bedroom has its own 3-piece ensuite bathroom and the latest ERV system. It also features independent climate control, as well as massive windows with a gorgeous sunset view.

The rent is $920 per month. Utilities are not included, but Wi-Fi is free and unlimited 😊

First and last month's rent are required.
No furry pets, drugs or smoking please!

The condo is less than a year old. Amenities include a 24hr concierge, 24hr gym, dining room, party room, steam room, and billiards room. Additional features include large outdoor terrace with a state-of-the-art BBQ grill and kitchenette.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least a year. I prefer a young working professional female.
