David V - $3,000/month

Hey! Recently went to NYC on vacation and loved it! I'm moving up there this month and am looking for a roommate to share absurd rent prices with. I'm pretty easy going and am on the road 50% of the time. When I'm not on the road, I work from home which means I'm always down to do stuff to get out of the house after work. If you're serious about rooming, let's have a phone call about it. I'm a fairly clean guy but will insist on keeping the common area VERY clean (no dishes in the sink or old food in the fridge, not wiping down the counter is fine). If we can agree to pick up after oursleves, we'll get along great ;)
