Hi! I'm Andrea, a 29yr old who's been living in NYC for 10 years now. I studied Metalsmithing at art school, started my own jewelry brand about 3 years ago and just began my journey as a birth doula on top of that. I like to think I'm easy going, slightly introverted, generally clean but not a clean-freak, more of a quiet night with a bottle of wine vs partying kinda girl so you wouldn't have to worry about me bringing the party home.
I work from home most days (jewelry studio in the smallest, shared room), and work part time with another jeweler two days a week.
I realize cat-people are usually pretty biased about their cats but Edgar and Louie are kind of awesome. Not the type that hide under the bed all day and never see. These guys are more like chill dogs trapped in a fluffy cat's body. Louie even knows "sit" and plays fetch. Edgar is a top notch cuddle-bug.

Looking for a roommate for Feb 1 move in!
My current roommate is moving to Chicago so I am now looking for someone to take over the lease with me!
2.5bdr in Ridgewood near the Halsey L and Forest Ave M trains. Quiet and sunny corner unit. 2nd floor apartment in a 2 story building, (no noisy upstairs neighbors!) and only 1 other apartment in building! Exposed brick throughout apartment. Vacant room is 10'x12' and has large windows on two walls. Current tenant has a queen sized bed and desk in the room.
I would be your only roommate - the half room is my jewelry studio with space to be shared for your desk/work area.
Within blocks of cool bars, great grocery stores, 4 different banks, pharmacies and amazing food options (smoothie bar, coffee/tea spots, brunch spots, old school diner, best pizza ever, and really good Indian, sushi, mexican, bahn mi, etc!)
Kitchen has dishwasher, full-sized fridge, built-in microwave and granite countertops.
Must love cats, I have two very friendly Maine Coon cats, Edgar and Louie.
I am open to both a male or female roommate.
