Hey y'all! I am moving to NYC in order to pursue my Masters at Juilliard--I am an opera singer. But, I am also an avid musical theatre and Harry Potter lover. I love to travel and try new things.

Personality-wise, I am outgoing; but I do like my personal space. I am very friendly and have friends that might want to visit-- of course, I would check to make sure it was okay. Being in the arts, I am creative person. I love pets but am allergic to cats and most dogs (so I love them from afar).

I personally think communication is key. I am looking for someone similar age wise (so not 50 years old) and someone who is clean with it comes to the communal spaces. What happens in your room is not of my concern. I would love to be able to hang with my roommate (perhaps a glass of wine?) and love me some brunch!

I have a real estate broker already and I am currently in Georgia for the month of July.
