What's great about this room?
1) The condo is in a great location. 3 minute walk to the beach. 5 minute walk to the Lincoln Mall. Lots of good and affordable restaurants and bars around the condo.
2) Fully furnished condo. It has everything you need. A walk-in closet. A spacious bathroom. Extra storage space. A modern kitchen with all appliances you need. Wite tile flooring (the whole condo is super clean!). And a lovely living room.
3) Excellent amenities in the building. A clean and quiet pool. A well-equipped gym. 24 hours security in the building. A front desk on the ground floor. A well managed parking lot.
4) Very affordable price: $650/month only. All utilities covered by the landlady except electricity and cable (around $30/month in total for each tenant). If you search online, you will see it's really hard to beat this price in Miami Beach.
What do I need to know about the lease term?
1) You will be sharing the master bedroom with a girl. And we are looking for a girl. Sorry guys...
2) The condo has two bedrooms.
The guest bedroom is occupied by a respectful young professional.
3) The lease will last from September 1st to November 30th. You are more than welcome to extend the lease after that!
