The apartment: the apartment is a 2br on the top floor (16th) of apartments. In the building is a laundry, gym and shared terrace/patio area. It's super quiet and has the most amazing view over Hoboken and across to Manhattan. The living room is large, furnished and has new appliances.
The roommate: my roommate is a quiet, professional guy who is great to live with.
