Hi there- I have a room available for rent in the Upper East Side. Trying to get someone in ASAP. The apartment (1 bed flexed to 2) is in a doorman building with 24-hour laundry. There is a gym, pool, and roof deck available for another $70/month. The building is one block from the 6 and Q train. We would share a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, and stainless steel appliances. I have an Apple TV with Netflix, HBO, and Amazon Prime which you would be free to use. The room is spacious enough to fit a queen-sized bed, desk, and dresser. There is a large closet in the hallway which would be yours. Your room would also have open views which is always nice for an NYC apartment.

Room: $1,567.00/month
Electricity: About $30 per person per month
Internet: $23.99 per person per month
Cleaning Lady: $45 per person per month for the common areas, $20 extra for your room.
Assignment of Lease: $250 (One-time fee)
Credit Check: $75 (One-time fee)
