Amazing apartment across the street from beautiful park!

Bedroom available June 1st! The bedroom is large enough to comfortably fit a queen size bed, dresser, desk, etc. It also has its own relatively spacious closet (seriously -- plenty of room for clothes), and has a nice-sized window overlooking a beautiful backyard area.

The apartment: Has a big living room area with gorgeous bay windows that let in a ton of light during the day, which is awesome during the summer months. It also has a decent-sized open-plan kitchen area, which is great for cooking. Also, it has a large full bath with vanity lighting.

The neighborhood: Is just the best! Very quiet and residential, but there are also a ton of great bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Also, the apartment is directly across the street from McGolrick park (which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful parks in the city), and every Sunday from the spring through the fall, there is the McGolrick Park Farmers Market. Citibike is also directly across the street, and the G is less than a 10 minute walk away.
