It is a furnished bedroom (king mattress, bed set, dresser, shelves, lamp, fan, and curtains), with your own bathroom. We have common areas like the living room, office, dining room, and kitchen. We are a very clean couple and have ask that you have good hygiene and clean up after yourself. We will be asking for first months and last months and it is on a month to month basis.
