Searching for two roommates! 3 bed, 2+ bath apartment in the east village and I need roommates to move in with me the day I get the keys. Ideally 6month-1year lease but very negotiable.
I will furnish the apartment— I have all the furniture for common spaces (living room including a dining set!). Additionally I have a second bed frame and mattress, plus extra pieces that will be enough to fill a second bedroom. First roommate to join can claim the extra bed!
I am an interior designer so I take pride in my furniture pieces. Rest assured the apartment will be tastefully decorated. Asking that you treat everything like it's your own :)
At home I am quiet, a clean freak, cooking frequently. Watching too much HGTV. Enjoy conversation but will take the hint if you're not feeling it.
Passions: art, good (healthy) food, and culture. A day at home is playing records while cooking and tidying up, watching a film or documentary (sometimes trash TV happens). My mini Aussie, Pancho, is my child. Open to any and all questions about her! Enjoy having guests over for dinners and mellow social gatherings. Do all the other crazy stuff out at the bar. To me home is a sanctuary and should be cherished as such. Outside of work I am frequently at yoga, finding new spots to dine, playing with Pancho, going to shows, with friends. I will decorate a home with love and care (and style)!

Building has a doorman 24hours and an elevator. The apartment has a LARGE private balcony. There is also not one, but two shared rooftop terraces! Laundry in the building.
Both rooms fit queen beds and have plenty of room for a dresser, desk, or small wardrobe too. Both have large closets!
The DUPLEX apartment is north facing and gets lots of natural light. It has hardwood floors, dish washer, large kitchen with bar seating at the counter…it’s got all the essentials and then some. The full bathroom on the first level will be shared by people in the two available rooms.
The building is well kept and clean. My viewing was very positive and the current tenant has lived there for 7 years, which tells you it is a place worth keeping long term.
