Taylor K - $1,000/month

Hi - I'm 23, I graduated from NYU last year studying psych and cinema, and now I work full-time (11am-7pm) at NYU doing psych research. I work from home on Fridays so would prefer to have the apartment to myself during the day then. But I'm also going to be staying out of town 2-3 days at a time almost every week for work - so you'll often have the place to yourself too. I have a cat - obviously I don't expect you to take care of him while I'm gone, I'll be making arrangements for him - but he's very playful so I'd ideally like a roommate who wouldn't mind throwing a toy across the room every now and then when I'm away. When I'm home I'm usually just relaxing in my room and I won't "bring the party home" on the weekends. All in all I'm basically the kind of roommate you sometimes forget you live with.
