I own a small specialty food shop in Manhattan which will be expandng in the Fall so I work quite a bit. Ironically, I almost never cook at home though.
I'm a completely easy-going roommate looking for someone who's the same. I figure life in New York can get pretty involved so it's nice to have a relaxed atmosphere at home.
I'm also and avid runner so if I'm not at work I'm probably out pounding the pavement.

The room is very sunny with two large south facing windows and a good sized closet. It's on the opposite side of the apartment from the other bedroom separated by a living room, large kitchen, and a bathroom so it's extremely private. There are only 2 apartments per floor in the building so each apartment is half the entire floor. The amenties are all fairly new.
The apartement is on S 4th St about halfway between the Marcy and Hewes stops (J, M, Z -- 5 min walk to either). About an 8 min walk to the L train.
My current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend so he's a little flexible on the move out date if you need to move in earlier than June 1st.
I'm a really low key guy who's in the specialty food business so I work a lot and am not really in the apt all that much. I'm looking for the usual in a roommate -- clean, responsible, employed etc. Also, drama-free would be nice.
