My current roommate and I, Amanda, love to joke and eat and explore the city when we can outside of our super busy schedules. I am a performer & have a care providing business and Amanda (31) works as an admin at a university & is also a grad student. We love our neighborhood and are in love with our amazing apartment. But no matter what we are up to, we are super devoted to making our lovely home a place to relax and drink wine after a long day and not a place to just crash. We seek with our third and obviously amazing new roommate to be impeccably neat and super responsible when it comes to paying rent and utilities on time and just a joy to be around. Our space? It's a spacious open layout with high end finishes-kitchen island, dining room & living room with beautiful black stained hardwoods, high ceilings, built in bookshelves, painted out fireplace, built in sound system, heating/cooling unit and ample storage throughout! The room we are looking to rent is a good sized room that will fit a full size bed, bookshelf, dresser and currently has flat screen hook ups and onlooks our neighbor's deck. The room available also has personal heating cooling unit with remote, high ceilings, hardwood floors and has a good closet. The room available for rent is $825. We would love to chat & meet ASAP. We are seeking a new roommate for April 1st (we are willing to work with an earlier date). I have lived in our spot for about 3 years now and look forward to many more!
