Looking for a female roommate, unfurnished MASTER bedroom on the top floor with walk in closet, internet,Fpl included, you can have full use of the kitchen and I'm even allowing washer dryer usage. I will be asking for last 3 Paystubs, and to check your credit karma app when we meet, one month deposit due when you want to hold the room and first months rent due on day of move in.

. I have 1 small dog whos quiet and very friendly. No smoking no drugs no drama. I'm very laid back don't care about visitors nor am I some anal neat freak. Just keep the common areas looking normal and be respectful with visitors and noise levels at weird hours and we're fine. I work a lot and keep to myself bingeing on Netflix all the time. I'm nerdy and play video games but I also like to go out for a drink every now and then. I am EXTREMELY responsible with money and have NO TOLERANCE for late payments, financial excuses, or can you spot me this month I'm low on cash excuses.
