Come live in a gorgeous new luxury building on a tree-lined street in Boerum Hill. Apartment is available starting Sept 15th, but MOVE-IN DATE IS FLEXIBLE. I'm in a large, corner 3-bed/2.5-bath unit with a crazy picturesque view of Cobble Hill, and just a few minutes walk from all of Downtown Brooklyn's subways (2/3 at Hoyt, A/C/G at Hoyt-Schermerhorn, F/R at Jay-St/Metrotech, and 4/5 at Borough Hall).

The room is spacious (11'5''x12'2", with a generous 5-ft wide closet) and gets tons of light (bedroom #2 in the floorplan). It is currently unfurnished. The 3rd bedroom is rented out part-time to a really sweet, chill guy who travels M-F, so he will only be around on the weekends and some holidays. So, you'll have the bathroom to yourself during the week. There's also a WASHER/DRYER IN UNIT.

The building is amazing. Full-time doorman, super, and an awesome handyman. Gorgeous common roof deck (with professional grade barbecues), library, and ridiculously large gym. Utilities run about $225/mo, which includes premium cable, central air, gigabit wifi and a housekeeper who comes 2x/month.

About me: When I'm not out and about, I like chilling at home, cooking and watching Netflix. I try to keep things relatively neat (though I'm definitely not perfect), and I like having someone to chat and have a drink with after a long day at work.
