I am looking for 2 new roommates that want to share an apartment in NYC. Sadly, my roommates are moving out outside of NYC. Our apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony that faces the water, storage room and a living and dinning room that are fairly big. Also, the building is located to markets and delis if you need to do groceries on a daily basis. The building is pet friendly, but you will need to submit a separate app for your pet!

It's a very spacious 4 bedroom/1.5 bathroom apartment. It has East River views on First Ave/101th Street. The apartment is in an elevator building with a courtyard. This unit has a huge a private balcony, dining room, walk-in storage closet, and stainless steel appliances. Also, the utilities are included (with the exception of cable and wifi).

The apartment is by the new Q train and the 6 train and other bus lines. It's super accessible to all the great restaurants of the Upper East Side and Second Avenue bars. Its just 2 blocks from tennis courts and athletic fields on First Ave along with the Randall's Island footbridge for runners out there. The building was also recently renovated with brand new common areas and elevators. There is a laundry room in the lobby and 24 hour security in the courtyard. Maintenance is on sight and quick to repair any issues. The Complex sits between First Ave and the FDR so it is surprisingly quiet to traffic.
