I am 30, female, and work full time.
I am pretty easy going, usually tired after so don't do much during the week. I'm not a big partier but do enjoy to go out from time to time. Happy hours are always fun (The building is right next door to Beer Culture). I love my netflix and a glass of wine!
I enjoy to cook when I can, like a clean apartment-but don't freak out if the dishes aren't done right away. Im pretty easy to get along with and would like to be friends with my roomate instead of just having an awkward "hey whats up" as I walk to my room. But we also don't have to hang out all the time. Ive been living with a male for the last 3 years so I don't mind living with a guy. One thing I do like is if you have a problem or if i did something that rubbed you the wrong way, just tell me instead of letting it drag on. I don't mind people coming over as long as they are respectful as well as you of what time it is and I will do the same.
I don't smoke or do drugs (no smokers please).

The apartment:
The building is located on 45th between 8th and 9th avenue. I've been living in the building for 4 years now. It is a one bedroom being turned into a two. The building has a night doorman, two elevators, laundry, and an office open Monday through Friday that collects boxes if you are not home (which is super nice). It is located right around the corner from the ACE and about 3-4 blocks from the 123, NQR, 7, and the shuttle. The apartment itself has AC and heat which we control. You will have a the true bedroom which has a double door sliding closet. I love living here and the area. I always feel safe walking home. My current roomate has the true bedroom and has a queen size bed, nightstand, desk and chair, plus an elliptical. I believe the room is 9.5 or 10 feet by 13.5
have everything to completely furnish the living room and the kitchen (I have more kitchen things than I probably need!). So all you would need is what you want in your room. Of course if you have stuff you want in the living room and/or kitchen, we can find room.
Your rent will be $1750 plus utilities. I do ask (after we meet and if you have interest in the place) for you to provide a credit check, proof of employment, and 2 references from previous apartments
