I'm OCD clean for shared/common areas and you can't be a slob in your room that would affect the entire household (i.e. leaving food in your room for days that will bring forth pests). I don't do mice and if I ever saw a rat in my apartment I'd lose my mind. Lol

I'm a pleasant, quiet, extroverted introvert that enjoys my me time at home. I don't want to come home from a long day of work and talk that much. Especially since I have family & friends from back home that already expect me to call them to catch up. But I am cordial and social to my roommate & their guests and I do like to play music while cooking and cleaning.

No drug or smoke addicts (I'm asthmatic).

I do travel a bit (both for work and fun) so there may be a week or so where I'm not home. Work regular business hours during the day Mon - Fri.

I have a group of 4 girlfriends that I may entertain every now and then. I'm single but if I were dating then I would allow my bf to sleep over occasionally. I love animals but if they shed everywhere or if overall cleanliness (odor) is going to be an issue then that's gonna be a no for me.
