Looking for 2 new flatmates from Feb 1st to join us in our brand new and beautiful house in Bed Stuy!

The house has 6 spacious floors, including a large basement, a steel deck overlooking a groomed large backyard and a private rooftop with an amazing view of Manhattan. All 5 bedrooms are very large, en-suite, with walk-in closets and evenly spread across 3 floors. The house is in a modern standard with kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher and a wine cooler. Great shared areas with lots of space to hang out including 2 living rooms, a large kitchen and outdoor area. We even have a private washer/dryer unit!

The area: Located in the center of up-and-coming Bestuy! Several bars and restaurants are located just minutes away. G train (Bedford Nostrand) is 3 minutes away, A and C trains (Franklin Av) are 13 minutes away for an easy commute to Manhattan.

You will be living with 4 lovely flatmates (3 males and 1 female), late 20's/early 30's, respectful and tidy. We are into socializing, music (DJ mixing, guitar, cello), sports (boxing, surfing), design, cooking and weekend getaways. All working during the week, we enjoy spending time together on evenings and weekends!

The rent for both rooms are 1700$ + charges and comes unfurnished.
