I like a peace and quiet type of home, not into having big parties in my own home. of course unless me and my roommate both plan for it and want it.

I prefer people who are from here and know what the rents are like and neighborhoods (some of you have $700 limit and want to be in downtown, let's be real.) LOL.

Only looking for apartments in Washington Heights (where im from), if not maybe Inwood.
