This is a really beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex (2 stories) with in-unit laundry, dishwasher, air conditioning, and private balcony. The apartment is huge so there is a ton of privacy; I have never had a noise issue.

There is an elevator, big shared courtyard, and bike storage. (There is also underground parking but probably for an additional fee and I’m not sure the cost.)

There are 2 rooms available beginning October 5, when the new lease starts. The master bedroom has a private bathroom ($2000) and the smaller room has a private entrance and a ton of built-in storage ($1550.) Both unfurnished.

I'm looking for someone respectful of noise late at night, who is clean, and is generally just nice and normal. Let's text or talk if there's an issue instead of being passive aggressive.

*Couples are OK, but then I would prefer you two take both upstairs bedrooms (the other second floor room has a private entrance.) So you'd have total privacy upstairs, including the separate entrance and bathroom in the master bedroom.
