I am looking for a private room for rent. I am a college student who is looking for a place to stay/live. I work part time but will get a full time job asap. I am willing to cooperate with almost anything that is needed just to have a place to live in. Anywhere in Manhattan or Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens that is close to Manhattan.

I am an ambivert and I like art, music, dance, teaching, sports, technology, and so much more. I also like to listen to stories you like to share. I also respect space and privacy. I absolutely love cats so if you have a cat at home, I can also help. I respect any gender, or love preference. A person shouldn't be judge just because of their race, gender, or sexuality.

I would like to move out as soon as possible. I really need to leave the place I live in so I hope we can make things work out. I am willing to pay $300 a month and maybe increase it from there after a year. Thank you and I hope you are willing to cooperate.
