Hello my name is Geoff and I am looking for either a spare room or a roommate. I currently live in Boston and am finishing my PhD this month. I will be starting work in New York for software engineering in mid April. I am looking to move in around April 1st.
I'm flexible on rent but would like my share to be below $2,500. Open to living with male or female roommates.
I am very social and enjoy sports, particularly football, hockey, and skiing. My alma matter (undergrad) is Michigan so I am a huge college football fan. I like to workout whenever I can fit it in (around 5 days per week). I like going out to bars on the weekend and am excited to check out what NYC has to offer.
I am fairly neat and particularly respectful of common areas and would expect the same form my roommate.
