Moving to NYC from D.C. for my dream Job, I work in international Human Resources! Have been traveling to NYC on weekends to view places and meet potential roomies :). I’m a friendly, kind, and fun loving person. I’m big on positive communication (no passive aggressive notes here). I’m very clean! So I would need to live with someone who values that as well. I like to go out, but i’m also a fan of Netflix and wine. I enjoy good conversation, but understand personal space and the need to recharge. I work a regular 9 to 5 so you won’t catch me bringing home the party on a Tuesday. I’m very respectful of others, so when I do occasionally have friends over, I give notice and they are respectful as well.
