Zack M - $1,600/month

Hi all. I'm Zack, 22, moved to New York recently and have been subletting in the interim while I look for a longer term arrangement. I work in finance in midtown and generally work fairly long hours, so I don't take up much space in an apartment. I like indie music and films, playing soccer, and going out to explore the city on the weekends. I like to think I'm pretty down to earth and respectful of other people's space and views.

I'm looking for a roommate/space with my friend, Jake, who is another recent grad and college friend. He works in consulting in midtown and is incredibly fun and nice. We both tend towards the quieter side and would prefer someone who doesn't bring the party home (or not frequently, at least). We're looking for 1-2 people who are interested in living in Manhattan and either have a space already and are looking for a person(s) who would like to join in our room search or who are seeking to fill two rooms.
