My name is Komal. I am currently looking for a 2 roommates in a 3 bedroom condo. The total rent is $2200. I currently rent the larger of the 3 bedrooms so I will be paying more since I also have my own bathroom.
Bedroom 1: $720
Bedroom 2: $670
Shared bathroom between Rm 1& 2 and half bath on the 1st floor.
The rent can be negotiated between the 3 of us but this is what previous tenants have paid in the past.

It's about a 15 minute walk to JSQ Path train station
and then train into Midtown Manhattan is about 20-30 minutes, 11 minutes to the WTC.
