I graduated from NYU Tisch a few years ago and I currently work in film and television. I keep the common areas pretty clean, but occasionally will leave some dishes overnight because I have a pretty busy schedule. I'm looking for someone who is laid back, but respectful. One bedroom available in a cozy apartment on the border of Bushwick and Bedstuy. A few blocks away from the J/Z, M and fairly near the L train Montrose stop. There is a PRIVATE backyard w/trees that form a canopy over the large space. I'm looking for a roommate who is quiet, respectful and clean. Occasionally I will have a party, but we like to keep the place quiet. Good neighborhood, polite neighbors and we have a very dutiful landlord.
