1825$ FOR LARGE BEDROOM IN TRUE 3-BED APARTMENT WITH PRIVATE BACKYARD

One large bedroom in our 3-bedroom apartment is available for rent, starting October 1st (flexible moving date). We are looking for someone to sign the 1 year lease. We are in first floor apartment with private backyard on 7th Street between 1st Ave and Avenue A. You must be able to pay application fee ($250), first month ($1825) and security deposit ($1825) up front ($3900 total).

The Room:
The room is $1800 + utilities (electric, cable, wifi), which ranges from $80-120 depending on the season. The room is about 10x11 with two windows overlooking our private back patio. You'll also share a large bathroom with one roommate.

The Apartment:
The apartment is very large - 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment with large living room and kitchen with pantry. The common spaces are fully furnished and we have internet and cable (HBO as well). Although the unit and building does not have laundry, we’ve got lots of laundry mats around.

We are on 7th Street between 1st Avenue and Avenue A -- a less than 10-minute walk to First Ave (L), Astor Place (6/N/R), 2nd Avenue (F), and M15 SBS bus. Union Square -- Whole Foods/Trade Joes/Westside Market -- is about a 15-minute walk away and Key Foods is about a 3 minute walk away. Our block has it all - Avant Garden, Big Gay, Buttercup Lane, Black Market, Niagara, Miss Lilly's, Yucca Bar, Caracas, Pylos, Shervins, and two new wine/oyster bars. You literally could never leave our block.

The Roommates:
We are two girls (mid-20s) - We love food, entertaining, binge watching TV. We typically have people over every weekend given the size of our apartment and spend our time together in the living room, watching TV, drinking beer/sav blanc, cooking, etc. We are looking for someone who will fit in easily with our relatively clean, no-fuss, no drama environment. We are pretty laid back and like to have a good time, but are respectful of each other's stuff and the common space. LGBT friendly.

You:
We're looking for an interesting person who will pay rent on time, fit in to our familial vibe, and clean up after themselves. You're down to do a happy hour, cookout at the house, pregame together, grab a cucumber gimlet at Bua, throw a super bowl party -- that type of thing. . .
