Looking to fill one room in my 2 bedroom Bed Stuy apartment from January 15th. Rent is $1090 / month + expenses.
Available unfurnished through for 3 ½ months until the end of the lease on April 30 (with the option to renew it). Could be perfect for someone new to the city!
Close to the Kosciusko J train (the M also stops here through until April) and also walkable to the A and G trains which is great in the weekends. The apartment was newly renovated when we moved in last April so the kitchen and bathroom have only ever been used by the two of us and everything is pretty nice! Washer and dryer in the basement, 2 delis (one organic and one not!) and a laundromat a few doors down.
