Laken B - $900/month

I am a single determined individual who needs a roommate(s) to cut the cost of living while having a healthy/friendly living environment. I am in California to reach my career goals in music. I travel for both business and pleasure but when I am in town I like to hike, try new restaurants, and checkout new places around the city. I have no problem doing month to month and if the vibes are good, to do a lease. I a very positive person who doesn’t mind sharing and I enjoy meeting new people.
I don't mind hanging with the people I live with on occasion but I respect personal space and enjoy my personal space too :)
I like to cook but I don't cook everyday. When I do cook I always clean up after myself. A little mess here and there doesn't bother me, just a respectful living situation is all I hope to have in the common areas.
I have few friends in town but I don't have people over often. When I do, they are people I know and trust and I hope the people I live with do the same when it comes to their guests:) I don't mind having social gatherings at the place, again just as long as they are trust worthy/respectful people.
I don't mind weed smokers as long cigarettes are not smoked inside:)
Unfortunately, I no longer have my pet but I love them and do not mind having them around as long as they are well mannered and clean.
