Gorgeous apartment directly on the ocean with 25 ft balcony. This is a very special share as it's hard to find this kind of situation in this neighborhood (Millionaire's Row, 50 and Collins). It's a quiet part of Collins so the beach isn't over run with people and tourists. I travel a lot and am looking for someone who is responsible, professional and reserved but cool.
For rent is the master bedroom, a large, private room w/private full bath as well as a smaller room with a walk in closet and two other closets, plus another closet in the room. My bed is in the front room that can be separated off. There's a parking space included as well as access to the gym, pool and tennis courts. There's a bodega for food and wine downstairs and the restaurant serves breakfast. Wifi, electric and basic cable included. Oceanfront tennis courts, pool and gym on premises. First month and last month move you in Asap or May 1st. You can do month to month or a longer term like 6 months or a year. I'm flexible! Oh, and I have a 5 pound dog.
