Ruth S - $930/month

Hi! We’re two friends: Ruth (f, early 30’s), and Jess (m, late 20’s) looking for a 3rd roommate to find a space in Bed-Stuy or Bushwick (also open to Clinton Hill, Crown Heights, Wburg, and Greenpoint).

Currently on the hunt for a 3-bedroom, as they seem to hit the sweet spot for us in terms of price and size. We’re looking for a place with decent-sized bedrooms and good natural light that is comfortable and has potential to be a great spot - We don't need the cookie-cutter exposed brick and ‘innovative’ lighting, we’d prefer character and space to hang.

We’ve lived together for over a year, and we value cleanliness, good communication, and a laid back attitude. We’re happy to chill in the living room together, but also both need our own space and time. While we can be fairly quiet, we’re also down to have a good time - the occasional party, or dinner gathering is great! Both of us work nights fairly often, so if you work during the day, you may have the place to yourself in the evenings.

We don't mess around with Trump supporters (or anyone else who is trying to justify the messed up crap happening in this country) - but everyone else is welcome! ;)

There are two kitties in the mix and they are awesome, friendly, and well-trained.
