Description of my room/residence?

--> Very spacious bedroom with bathroom attached. Wide
open windows that gives an airy feel as you can feel the wind from the 6 nearby beaches on the coast and the sunlight beaming in! Bedroom floors are made with a soft plush carpet while the bathroom floors are finished nicely with marbled tiles. Clean white walls ready to be decorated to your liking

(Q: Why are you looking for a roommate now?)

--> My current lease will be ending in approximately 60 days and need to find a new roommate before then to help with costs of living expenses

(Q: What do you like to do in your free time?)

--> I work a lot, but in my free time I love to relax in the steam room/suana, chill in the jacuzzi read my books and attend spiritual services such as church

(Q: What do you do for a living?)

--> I am currently an Account Executive. I recently relocated here to the Los Angeles area last year from Baltimore Maryland to take on this new position. I earn a pretty decent living on salary so stability and financial security is a MUST needed requirement of mine. I understand that credit is super important and do I not live financially irresponsible or spend above my pay-grade so I always can cover my monthly finances

(Q: Are you extra sensitive to anything?)

--> Yes, I have allergies to dust, pollen and pets so I can not house any animals in my surroundings. A Fish bowl may be okay...

(Q: Anything important about you?)

--> I am a spiritual person who believes in God! I can not live with
some one who is demonic or worship the devil or any demonic activities. My home is a safe haven, a place of love and non-friction.

(Q: What might be your ideal roommate situation?)

--> Some one who works similar or even different hours from me so that a pattern/schedule can be made, we can alternate house locking or leave at the same time. I would like someone who is easy going, flexible and have great communication skills so we can discuss household conversations with a breeze. Its ideal to
have a clean room mate as I am big on hygiene myself and need
my environment to reflect that as well.
