Hi! I'm Dave, a 34 year old PhD Candidate and Filmmaker currently looking for an additional roommate to get a 3-Bedroom in Park Slope/South Slope. I'm clean, responsible, don't smoke, don't have any pets (though I'm contemplating getting a dog, so any potential roommates should like them). I like to have a friend or two over occasionally for dinner or drinks, but am not the type to bring the party home and am looking for the same in a roommate. I work from home part-time, so those with more traditional schedules are preferred. I play several instruments (but all acoustic and of course only at reasonable hours), read a lot (and have plenty of books to share), like camping, hiking, swimming, and doing many of the fun cultural activities New York has to offer.

I already have one roommate (Male, 40, non-smoker, no pets, also clean, personable, and holds a job, etc.), lined up and am currently looking at places with a move in date between April 15-May 1st. We're hoping to find someone of either gender, 25-45, that is financially responsible, easy-going, takes care to keep common areas clean, and is able to sign on to a 1 year lease. We'd prefer a non-smoker (though outside is fine) and are open to someone with a dog, but not cats. We're looking to meet folks ASAP as we plan to be moving on the new place within the next few weeks.
