I've been in NYC since graduating 5 years ago and I'm super easy going. I work ~50-60 hours a week and often either workout or do dinners/happy hours after work. I'm a HUGE brunch enthusiast and love exploring everything the city has to offer; museums, shows, concerts, bar hopping the list goes on and on. That's not to say I'm not an avid Netflix binge watcher. I like having a couple friends over on the weekends from time to time for potlucks or wine night but am VERY respectful of common areas. I'm also super clean (I find cleaning counter tops therapeutic - one of my finer qualities).

My current roommate bought a place and plans to move out March 1st. Our lease is until the end of March at which point we can resign but you could move in anytime between March 1st and April 1st.
