Male Professionals looking to have another Male Professional take our small bedroom in a large apartment ( $4900 per month, the small bedroom is $1425) , in one of the most desirable areas to live on the Upper West Side. Available any time fromNovember through December . The Apartment is in a historic Townhouse and has a very large living room, large kitchen and one bath. It is one block from Central Park, in the middle of dozens of incredible restaurants, wine bars and museums, and directly across from Crunch gym. One of current bedroom share is only in town an average of 3 days a week. We are both straight and LGBT friendly, and are a pretty quiet and conservative group. We tend to use the apartment for just relaxing, watching tv, dinners and of course sleeping. The apartment and the bedroom are very quiet, as is the rest of the building.
