Park Newport roommate needed

Hello,

I am looking to find a professional (preferably female) roommate to share my 2 bedroom 2 bath Park Newport Apartment. I have a huge balcony with a personal BBQ, patio furniture, storage space which sets us apart from the other apartments in the complex. This is a year lease, so please be ready to commit for at least a year. The room comes with either a parking spot outside or a designated one in the parking garage depending on how we decide to split the rent. Room is available late September or late October. Deposit is $750. Please have good credit and a professional job because you will need to provide an application to the complex. Two mirrored closets are available as well as your private bathroom and cable line for your room. Utilities include Spectrum cable, gas, water and electricity which is around $150 a month.

I am extremely clean, organized, and have a lot of living room furniture already. No pets, no drugs, no smoking and no crazy parties. I work full time, sometimes two jobs, and like to hang out with my friends on the weekends and workout during the week. I also love to watch sports and hang out at the pool, shop and do brunch!
