Hi there!

I am currently in the Culver City area looking for a place to rent anywhere on the West Side - but I am open to West Hollywood and surrounding areas. I work full time and have a busy social life (which I don't bring home) but it means I'm rarely home. When I am home, I love to quietly unwind with a little tv and a glass or wine. I am super easy going and can get along with nearly any personality type, male or female. I have no preference with who I live with as long as you're respectful, clean & communicative.

I am open to signing a 6 month - 1 year lease but definitely prefer month to month. Flexible on move in dates as well, but would like to find something ideally by August 1st.

As you can see, I do have one cat. He is the friendliest most puppy-like cat anyone has ever met and all of my non-cat loving friends end up loving him. He's a Russian Blue breed so his fur is hypoallergenic if you happen to be allergic. Obviously he's also potty trained & he gets along with both cats and dogs very well as he grew up both.
