Two bedrooms are available for rent in a 4-bedroom house (in South San Jose) with a large backyard and fire pit. Bedrooms both face the backyard and have large closets and double-paned windows. You would be sharing the home with my girlfriend and I. We are both in our late 20s, work 9-5 Monday-Friday, and are quiet, clean, and would like someone responsible and tidy to share the space with us. We have a dog and a cat--they are both well behaved. Living room and kitchen are furnished . Monthly electricity will be split between housemates. Water, garbage, internet are included in the rent cost. A deposit amounting to one month's rent ($900) is required.
