Hello, I'm half Swedish half Swiss. I moved to NYC in July and now due to some really last minute unforeseen circumstances need to move end of Dec/beginning of Jan. I am clean and tidy especially in the common areas. I'm respectful of my roommates things. I'd be looking around East Village to try to not move too far away. Would be interested in splitting an apartment in stuytown potentially. On weekdays I'm usually quieter depending on when I get home as I like to go workout afterwards but like going out on the weekends.
