The Room:
Huge room available in large 2 bedroom apartment. The room available is the master and is large enough to fit a king size bed, full dresser and a recliner/desk

The Apartment:
The apartment is centrally located in West Harlem. You'll 2 blocks from BC train station and within 5 min walk to the 125th express stop for the ABCD trains. It takes me about 20 mins door-to-door to get to work in mid-town Manhattan. The apartment is also close to City College and Columbia University

It is also close to all the things you will need- grocery, laundry, banks, bars/restaurants (a new option seems to pop up every day), hardware store etc.

Overall is a lovely large space with lots of light and I will miss the place I have called home for the past few years.

Please note that apartment can be provided partially furnished upon request (moving in with my partner and more than willing to leave duplicate furniture in the apartment for tenant use)

About your Future Roommate / Apartment rules:
I am moving out of the apartment to move in with my partner, but leaving behind a fabulous easy going roommate
Apartment rules are pretty simple - clean up after yourself and be respectful of shared space
