My partner Brad and I have recently moved back to NYC together from Chicago. We both are gay
men, and are primarily looking for a female roommate, but are flexible with gender. We do have
one fabulous cat, Queen Elizabeth III (Qweenie).

We are both very cleanly, respectful, and would appreciate someone with similar qualities.
Our budget is between $1300-$1700 combined, so we’d like to find a place below $3000, which would be split between the two of us and yourself ($1500.00 more or less depending on each bedroom size) for a two bedroom.
