My friend and I are looking for someone to join our 3Br/2Ba! The apartment is on 95th, between 2nd and 3rd. It's a gorgeous, light-filled spacious apartment with exposed brick, W/D in unit (!), and brand new stainless steel appliances in a walk-up building. Your bedroom will fit a Queen sized bed, & you’d share one of the bathrooms with me. The least starts July 1st and would be $1510 for your bedroom.
We're hoping to find someone we can be friends with, but are okay with someone who likes their space, as long as the vibe is good. We're both pretty laid-back, enjoy going out on the weekends, and hanging on the weekdays after work. We definitely believe in keeping shared space clean, but totally understand a little bit of mess. Unfortunately, the apartment does not accept pets. Please let me know if you're interested!
