Hi! I'm a student at NYU studying psychology, I'm also a painter and I work part time with an artist, so I'm out most of the day and my schedule varies a bit but I'm often out regardless. I have a partner who I'd want to be welcome as a part of the space but wouldn't be a live in. I'll likely be cooking breakfast and dinner sometimes, I clean as I cook and like to keep common spaces clean and just generally pick up after myself. I'd like to be able to have friends over time to time but generally looking for a place to wind down and relax.
