Tired of commuting in from Long Islamd to NYC so, I’d like to find a better commute. Prefer to live in the city, or just outside of 8t. I have enough items to furnish a house (full kitchen/bathroom items, couches/futons, etc) so would prefer to find someone to get a new place with. However, open to a living situation that is in need of a lot of items so I can eliminate my storage unit. I have a dog that stays with my parents, but I’m open to a living situation that allows for animals.

My hours are a little all over, as I manage a restaurant, and my schedule is busy with friends in CT and LI that I see frequently so I won’t be home much. Would like a good relationship with a potential roommate tho so in the event of guests in apartment, everyone is comfortable with everyone being there.
