600 for room in my 2/1 duplex. Only 650 needed to move in!

Alright so I am looking for a roommate to move into my guest bedroom ASAP. I am a 28 year old man who is looking for a MALE roomate between the ages of 25-35. You MUST be at least 25 with a stable job and a means to pay me.The location is near the airport on Flagler and 47 ave. As you can see, I still have some painters tape up because I am still painting. I already have the paint purchased. I am working on getting decorations on the walls, this place is a work in progress but it is coming out nicely. It will be 600 a month, and you only need to pay me 650 when you come in, no first and last or any of that. The reason I am doing that is because I need someone else in here quickly to help me pay the rent of this 2 bedroom. You will need your own furniture which is including a bed. I am ok with pets, and I am a relatively laid back person who works full time, so you will have time to yourself as well. I have all the necessary items including couches, tables, 50 inch UHD tv, high speed internet, etc. I really don't care what you do as long as you are respectful and can pay me on time, every time.
