Hi! I've been living in the apartment for the past year solo. I absolutely love this apartment - the kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated, and the bedrooms are separated by the kitchen. The Q train is a 3 minute walk away, and the 6 train is about a 10 minute walk. The neighborhood is cute and safe, lots of places to eat and drink close by. My cat is named kiwi and she is a 4 year old rescue (i actually found her in a dumpster). Heat/Hot Water/Wifi included in rent, the only extra would be for electric which would be split. You would be welcome to keep the furniture I have in there already (bed, wardrobe, brand new AC unit, TV, lights, and nightstand) or bring your own! The apartment is located on the second floor of a super quiet building and faces a church.
