Hello! My two suite-mates are studying abroad next semester, so my current roommate and I are looking for one - two (around) college aged girls to fill their space. If it's a single the room is 1700 (negotiable), if with a double it's 850 per person per month. The room is fairly large, with a closet. Message/ask me for pictures (Two people fit VERY comfortably).
The apartment is in Peter Cooper Village (20th and 1st Avenue) and it's an amazing, clean, safe place with all of the amenities. My roommate, Sam, and I are both quiet, and hard working, but not opposed to roommates with active social lives. We love cooking and netflix, and are both just trying to stay above ground in the city that never sleeps!

Beautiful, fully furnished, wood floors, high ceilings and a clean apartment with an extra bedroom. My roommate and I live with two NYU Suitemates who are studying abroad during second semester, we're looking to find hopefully two new roommates to sublet their space! The bedroom is big enough for two comfortably, but if you'd prefer the single let us know! The rent for the single would be 1700 a month, and the lease would end in August.
The apartment has one bathroom, cable/netflix, wifi, a full kitchen, and laundry in building. We'd love to meet you, and we'd be happy to let you visit if you'd need! My roommate and I are both hard working students who love a bit of fun, but know how to keep our noses to the grind and are generally quiet, calm, respectful people.
